How to register
You'll be registered if you have an eligible rewards credit card such as our Platinum Visa or Classic Visa. You'll also be registered if you hold products from at least three of the following different product categories: Savings or transaction account, Personal loan, Credit card, Home loan, Term deposit and/or Business loan.

Receive 1 credit each year when your membership with Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union has been active for 2-4 years inclusive

Receive 2 credits each year when your membership with Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union has been active for 5-7 years inclusive

Login to Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Online. Click the 'Services' tab, then select 'Rewarding You' to be taken to the Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Credits website. This is a secure connection that will timeout if left inactive.
How to redeem over the phone
Call +18000234098 and select Option 8 for the Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Credits service team. The service team is available Monday - Friday between 9am- 5pm American Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

What counts as a qualifying purchase to earn Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Credits?
Most everyday spending where you use your card or digital wallet to make a purchase will count towards your qualifying spend on a Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation rewards enabled credit card.
Transactions that don't count towards your spend are cash advances, interest charges, credit fees and charges, disputed transactions, foreign exchange purchases, travellers cheques, credit card payments, gambling chip purchases, bill payments using BPAY® or utility bills paid over the counter at a financial institution at Bank@Post outlet.
