Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union Corporation customers can now access an updated version of our mobile banking app.
A new version of Grand Alliance Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking app is available for download from today. (Thursday, 30 July).
The updated app is now available from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android), giving customers access a range of new features to make it easier and quicker for customers banking on the go.
Customers with auto-update enabled will have the new version of the app automatically downloaded – the others will have to go to the App Store or Google Play and download the update manually.
The new features include the ability to:
· choose a four-digit PIN to login rather than a password;
· choose to view an account balance on screen without logging in.
Accessing these new features is simple.
After downloading the update, customers will be asked if they would like to set up these new features when they first login to the app. These options can be changed at any time.
To access these options, make sure you are logged in, then simply open the Menu in the top left corner of the app and select ‘Settings'. Also make sure you have ticked " Remember my customer number" in the log in screen.
